The Benchmark is based at Waterside Village: a private, dedicated studio in a multi-award-winning canalside development. Not a gym floor. Not a shared space. A controlled environment built for serious assessment work.

Air conditioning. Natural light. A large display for real-time data review throughout the session. Space set up specifically for the assessment. Nothing more, nothing in the way.

Waterside Village is home to professional athletes, business owners and people who take their physical capacity seriously. The environment reflects that.

The full Benchmark setup is portable. If you're a team, sporting organisation, business or individual who would prefer testing at your own facility, we can bring the assessment to you. Costs vary by location and logistics.

Annual or bi-annual assessment for people who need clear individual direction. Objective data, individual reports and group pricing. Not a generic health day.

Baseline physical data for athletes and performance staff. Repeatable protocols, comparable results, a clear picture of where capacity sits across a group, and something to actually build from.

Individual Off-Site
Prefer testing at your own club or facility? Get in touch and we can talk it through. Subject to space and location. All on-site work is quoted individually.
