Personal coaching · £150 / month

Training built for your life, not an imaginary perfect week.

You get a programme, a weekly review and a coach who will change the plan when the evidence says it needs changing.

You do not need an extreme goal. You might want to start training again without stopping six weeks later, feel stronger in day-to-day life, improve your health or prepare properly for something that matters to you. We begin with that, not with whatever happens to be fashionable.

What you receive

More than a programme sent once a month.

A spreadsheet cannot notice that work has gone mad, your knee is grumbling or you have quietly stopped enjoying the thing. Coaching can.

Your programmeBuilt around your goals, equipment, experience and the time you genuinely have, not the time you wish you had.
A weekly reviewWhat got done? What felt wrong? What moved forward? Then we decide what the next week needs.
Access to meWhatsApp, technique feedback and a phone call when six messages will only make the answer less clear.
The things around trainingSleep, recovery, food and everyday pressure matter when they are the reason the plan is not working.

How I coach

Find the useful problem.

01FirstI listen. We look at your goal, training history, current fitness and what normally knocks you off course.
02ThenWe pick one or two priorities. You do not need twelve new problems and a colour-coded life overhaul.
03Each weekYou train, we review what actually happened and I adjust the plan. Progress is allowed to be untidy.

A real week, not a perfect week

Missing Thursday does not send you back to day one.

People get ill, travel, work late and sometimes simply cannot be bothered. I am interested in the pattern, not in making you confess to a missed session.

We keep what is useful, deal with what is getting in the way and make the next week possible.
