Coaching is usually remote. Testing needs a room and the right equipment. Challenges go where the experience needs to happen.

Where you train
I write and review the programme remotely, with WhatsApp support and phone calls when useful.
You train where you can keep training, whether that is a garage, a commercial gym or outdoors.
The Benchmark
In person
Testing is arranged in or around Loughborough because the numbers need to be measured, not guessed through a laptop.
You will get the exact venue before booking.

We agree the practical setup and the privacy boundary before anything begins.
